I took the Wedding cake decorating class at Mother of Cakes - and it was great! I learned a ton and had a lot of fun in the process! I received a ton of info that was very helpful and improved my cakes a great deal. If you want to start decorating cakes - I highly recommend classes at Mother of Cakes!
